A worn-out harp isn’t a dead harp. Replaceable reed plates in every key are an exclusive Lee Oskar feature, so when the reeds on your Melody Maker start to go flat or lose response, you rebuild the instrument rather than replace it — at about half the cost of buying new.
Fitting new plates takes three screws and two nuts/bolts. No specialty tools and no trip to a repair tech.
Because the comb and covers are recycled into the rebuild, what you get back is the same harp you’ve broken in — same feel, fresh reeds.

The Lee Oskar Melody Maker, Blue Label. Melody Maker Reed Plates are matched to their tuning, so Melody Maker™ plates will not generally be suitable for a Major Diatonic, Natural Minor, or Harmonic Minor harp due to the custom reed tuning.
